We are proud to share that Orion Scotts Park has been awarded Silver TKAT ACE Accreditation, with elements of Gold, following a recent accreditation visit. This achievement is formally recognised in the accreditation letter, which you can view below, and sets out the strengths of ACE provision at the school.

TKAT ACE (A Champion for Every Child) is a trust‑wide pastoral mentoring programme run by The Kemnal Academies Trust (TKAT). The programme ensures that disadvantaged children are supported by a dedicated adult who works closely with them and their families to help remove barriers to learning, attendance and wellbeing, and to champion each child’s progress.

The accreditation letter recognises Orion Scotts Park’s strong ACE leadership, high‑quality one‑to‑one support, positive pupil voice and meaningful engagement with families. Inspectors also noted the clear and positive impact of the programme, including improvements in reading and attendance, alongside children feeling calmer, more confident and better supported.

This accreditation, which is valid for three years, reflects the commitment of staff and families to delivering consistent, high‑quality support for children who need it most, and aligns with the Trust’s wider commitment to ensuring that every child has a champion. We are incredibly proud of this achievement and the difference it continues to make for our school community.
