We are delighted to announce the appointment of Cheryl Raithby as the new Principal of Orion Scotts Park, starting in September.

Cheryl brings over 22 years’ experience in education, including most recently serving as a Headteacher in Greenwich. She is deeply committed to high‑quality teaching, strong pastoral care, and ensuring that every child is supported to achieve their very best.

A key focus of Cheryl’s work is supporting vulnerable pupils and those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), ensuring inclusive, nurturing and aspirational learning environments for all.

Cheryl is very much looking forward to working closely with staff, pupils and families as she joins the Orion community.

We are confident that she will be a fantastic addition to the school and trust, and we are pleased to welcome her to Orion Scotts Park.
