Next Friday, colleagues from across Orion Education will come together for one of the most important events in our calendar, our All Staff Conference 2026.

Bringing together staff from across our family of schools and central teams, the conference is a celebration of our shared commitment to excellence, collaboration and continuous professional development. Under the theme "Achieving Excellence Together", the day will provide an opportunity for colleagues to learn, reflect and be inspired as we continue our collective mission of improving outcomes, transforming lives and enabling social mobility.

We are delighted to welcome Anne-Marie Canning MBE as our keynote speaker. Widely recognised for her work championing social mobility and educational opportunity, Anne-Marie has dedicated her career to helping young people, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds, access and succeed within education. Her insights and experience will provide valuable inspiration as we continue to strengthen the impact we have on the communities we serve.

The conference will also feature contributions from colleagues across Orion Education, showcasing the expertise, innovation and best practice that exists throughout our schools. Together, we will explore how collaboration, professional growth and a relentless focus on excellence continue to drive success for our pupils and communities.
