Pradeep Thatai
Pradeep Thatai is a highly experienced HR & Finance Director who has managed and directed large multinational teams. Based in London, with substantial UK experience, he has also worked in The Netherlands, Germany and India, in the manufacturing, transportation, supply chain management, hospitality and not for profit sectors. He has strong negotiating, mediating and influencing skills, and he has improved profitability and strengthened the balance sheet of every business he has led. Pradeep is a qualified accountant, a law graduate and holds an MBA.
Geraldine Hutchinson
Geraldine Hutchinson has over 35 years of experience of working in education, in schools, universities and with a not-for-profit charity leading on the design and implementation of large-scale education reform and teacher professional development programmes for the Department of Education (DfE) in England and for Ministries of Education in the middle east.
Geraldine taught in secondary schools in the London Boroughs of Bexley and Southwark up to 1984 and held positions of head of department and assistant headteacher for vocational pathways. She led on Teacher Training at Southbank University London for a period of 10 years holding the position of Head of Department. Geraldine joined Education Development Trust in 1996 in a Director role to deliver national teacher and school reform programmes for the DfE. Geraldine led and set up programmes across England for 15 years including: Fast Track leadership, The Graduate Teacher programme, Key Skills support, Gifted and Talented, NPQH materials for leadership, Headteacher leadership and coaching for London Challenge. She held the position of Director and Chair of Governors of a Secondary Academy Trust school in Merton for 5 years – leading the improvement of the school from special measures to Ofsted grade ‘Good’. Geraldine was an Ofsted Lead inspector up until 2016. In recent years, Geraldine held leadership roles in international education systems supporting ministries to embed school inspection systems in K-12 schools in the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain. In 2018-19 she supported the Ministry of Education in Lebanon to conduct a capacity audit to strengthen quality of teaching in public schools. She holds a Master of Science and a PhD in Education, and is an author of education research articles.

Tomas Thurogood-Hyde has been a Member since July 2022. Tomas is an experienced education and Multi-Academy Trust governance professional and is dedicated to supporting schools to advance opportunities for young people.
LYDA MODIANO
Lyda Modiano is a communications strategist who has served international corporate organisations, leading multiple projects related to M&As, corporate integration, stakeholder engagement, employee loyalty, social impact, and brand development. She is the founder of a London-based consultancy firm and holds non-executive director roles in non-profit organisations and small and medium-sized enterprises. She joined E21C as a Member in October 2023.
